Structural Framing Systems
Working with manufacturers such as Kingspan, Metsec and Ash & Lacy, we provide a variety of structural steel framing systems, including infill and oversail to form areas such as the external envelope and internal mezzanine floors. We are also able to assist with design, where required.
Partitioning and Dry Lining
Supplying and installing metal and timber stud Partitions, Dot and Dab, soffit insulation board and MF Ceilings. We are proficient across various systems from numerous leading manufacturers, including: British Gypsum; Siniat; Knauf; Speedline; and Kingspan.
Suspended Ceiling Systems
We offer lay-in-grid mineral fibre, metal and timber suspended ceilings, acoustic rafts and all associated or feature bulkheads.
Plastering
The traditional method of finish, skim plaster, provides an even finish across partitions and ceilings. We also undertake other plastering works, such as hardwall, parge coat, coving and primer.
Joinery
We supply and install a range of joinery, including door sets and screens (including ironmongery), skirting board, architrave and bespoke units.
Insulated Render Systems
At 4Solutions, numerous systems are available, ranging from render only through to a fully insulated track external wall system. We are PermaRock approved installers.
Airless Spray Plaster
Providing a superior finish, airless spray plaster is the ideal solution for high-end commercial or residential projects to both partitions and ceilings.
Tape and Joint Finishing
Offering a more efficient alternative to the traditional skim finish, tape and joint finishing has potential cost savings, programme betterment and minimises the use of wet trades.
Decoration
4Solutions Limited provide both internal and external decoration works, including: woodwork; airless spray paint; floor coverings; and pre-paint repairs. Products include: Crown; Dulux; Johnstones; Armstead; Santex; Rawlins; Coo-Var and Farrow and Ball.
